I’m obsessed with reading and watching videos about people’s meal plans. I find them so fascinating, seeing what people have for dinner every week. I realise this probably makes me a bit strange, but I’m sure I’m not alone in this obsession. I write a meal plan for Saturday-Friday at the beginning of each week, and then mid-week I alter it if I need to. Do you think I used the word week enough in that sentence? Anyhoo, here’s what I have planned for next week –
Saturday – OUT (I’m going to a dear friend’s hens do and will be out for dinner)
Sunday – Slow cooked chicken w/ rice, broccoli, and garlic bread
Monday – Chicken caesar salad w/ garlic bread
Tuesday – Burritos! (we have some kind of Mexican food every Tuesday)
Wednesday – Lamb wraps
Thursday – Thai Green Chicken Curry
Friday – Fish and Chips (hehehe)
